Affiliate Disclosure: How This Site Is Funded
This page explains how gamemaniacasino.net is paid for and what that means for visitors in India. The site is free to read and does not display advertising banners. It carries partner links.
What a partner link is
Buttons labelled "Operator site" and links that start with /go/ on our domain are partner links. They pass through a redirect on our own site. If a visitor follows one and later opens an account with a partner operator, the site may receive a commission from the affiliate program involved.
Where the button leads for a visitor in India
The redirect chooses a destination by location. For a visitor in India it may lead to an operator's site, to a different partner or to a page saying that no operator is available. We do not control which operators choose to accept users from a given country, and the presence of a link is not a statement that playing is lawful where you are. Since 1 May 2026 online money games are prohibited in India under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025, and we do not recommend that anyone in India play them.
What our India pages do and do not contain
Section 6 of the Act prohibits advertising and promotion of online money games in any media. Our India pages therefore contain no bonus offers, no payment instructions, no claims that any operator is licensed and no encouragement to play. They explain games, maths, the law and where to get help.
What the commission does not buy
No operator or affiliate program reviews our pages before publication or can ask us to remove a fact. Game facts are taken from provider sources and labelled "not confirmed" when none exist. Legal summaries are written from published sources, not from operators' marketing.
Why we keep the India section at all
We could have removed the India pages when the Act came into force. We kept them because people in India still search for these games and still receive offers from offshore sites, often with misleading claims about legality. A page that explains the law, the maths and the risks is more useful to them than silence, and it is written so that it informs rather than persuades. If a reader decides not to play after reading it, the page has done its job.
Ordinary links
Links to studios, public sources and support services such as Tele MANAS and Gambling Therapy are ordinary links. We earn nothing from them; they are included because they are useful.
